xx77 reserves the right to place a withdrawal hold on any Account pending completion of KYC verification. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period following request may be suspended pending resolution.

All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 or as otherwise specified on the Platform for specific payment methods. xx77 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which xx77 accepts no responsibility.
Deposits are credited to your xx77 wallet upon confirmed receipt by xx77's payment processor. xx77 does not accept deposits from third parties — all funds deposited to your Account must originate from a payment account held in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the verified payment account registered in your name. xx77 processes GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within an average of 15 minutes from request confirmation, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank are typically processed within 1–3 business hours during banking hours. All bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by xx77 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion ("Promotion Terms"). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Promotion Terms, the Promotion Terms shall prevail with respect to the specific promotion in question.
All bonus credits credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash.
